1. Pursuant to Article 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation — hereinafter: GDPR), we hereby inform you that the joint controllers of your personal data are:

3. Your personal data obtained in connection with the conclusion of a contract will be processed for the following purposes:
• for the performance of the terms and conditions of the contract concluded with you,
• for possible assertion of claims and recovery of damages,
• for responding to your letters, requests and complaints,
• for providing responses in connection with ongoing processes,
• for recording telephone conversations for the purposes of monitoring service quality, training personnel and confirming arrangements,
• for organizing and conducting training sessions, courses and practical classes, including firearms training.
4. The legal bases for the processing of your personal data are:
• the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• compliance with a legal obligation to which the joint controllers are subject (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• the necessity of processing for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the joint controllers (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), including recording telephone conversations for the purpose of improving the quality of services.
5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract.
6. The personal data obtained from you may be transferred to:
• entities processing data on behalf of the joint controllers,
• public authorities and other authorized entities, if they make a relevant request pursuant to applicable law (e.g. courts, public institutions).
7. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (to third countries).
8. The period for which your data will be processed depends on the purpose for which it was collected. The data will be stored in accordance with:
• the duration of the contract,
• applicable legal provisions requiring the joint controllers to retain data for a specified period,
• the period necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the joint controllers.
9. You have the right to:
• access your personal data,
• request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
• request the erasure of your data where there are no other legal grounds for its processing,
• request restriction of processing,
• object to processing where it is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the joint controllers or for direct marketing purposes,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
10. Where the processing of data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
