This course is primarily aimed at helping students determine their further training path in pistols, carbines, and shotguns, as well as in practical shooting disciplines
The course program includes 600 rounds in 9×19 mm caliber and 400 rounds in 5.56×45 mm and/or 7.62×39 mm caliber. The course consists of 8 sessions, up to three hours each.

No prior experience required
Know and follow the rules of safe firearms handling;
Safely handle pistols and carbines;
Understand the fundamentals of shooting;
Be able to work with equipment and without it;
Shoot with relative accuracy at various distances from static positions.
During the training, the following firearms are used:
Glock, Sig Sauer, H&K, Walther, Beretta, Tanfoglio, CZ pistols and others;
AR-15 platform carbines;
AK platform carbines;
Upon completion of the course, the participant is guaranteed to:
A certificate confirming completion of the initial general shooting training with short-barreled and long-barreled firearms.

Basic manipulations without special equipment and with equipment (belts, magazine pouches, holsters, dump pouches)
Shooting stances, pistol grips, rifle and shotgun mounting, shooting positions
Basic shooting skills: learning to load, form a two-handed pistol grip, mount and shoulder a rifle, bring the weapon to eye level, aim, control the trigger, make relatively accurate shots at short distances, unload and monitor weapon condition
Shooting at short and medium distances, weapon condition control
Loaded and unloaded weapon status, readiness conditions
